During production (principal photography)

Call-a-budget checks your cost statements and provides information on risks for your further decisions. This way production management will always be based on actual data. Call-a-budget is familiar with all common accounting softwares, German and international.

On request Call-a-budget will assume production accounting including payroll service. Accounting, payments and cost estimates will be provided in close cooperation with producer/line producer and production management. Release of payments as per finance plan will be called up.
 
Call-a-budget  will also take care of reports and queries of the completion bond company in close cooperation with producer/line producer. We are familiar with the completion bond companies and have good relations to the leading people on a personal basis.
 
Call-a-budget is prepared to consult on any financial and organisational issue during production. If an insurance case occures, we support based on our long term experience in dealing with insurance companies and their representatives and estimators.
